Boost Oxygen Has Become My Best Friend

I hope this post finds all of you well and safe as many of us wait out this COVID Quarantine. My husband is one of the essentials like many of us. I pray for him and the rest of us every day and night. I am so happy to share a great product that for some reason has given me peace over the past few days.  Boost Oxygen is basically oxygen in a can  Available in all of your local Sun and Ski Sports retailers.

In normal conditions, the air we breathe contains around 21% oxygen. That’s also not taking into account any pollution in the air. Boost Oxygen is 95% PURE Aviator’s Breathing Oxygen. Now, think about how much regular air your breath when you’re exercising or doing any strenuous activity. Every cell in your body is designed to burn oxygen–it’s the basic fuel for cell metabolism. Cut back on oxygen and all of those cellular processes become sluggish…you start to feel fatigued or short of breath. Less oxygen equates to cells losing the energy they need to repair DNA. Your immune system begins to weaken.

Using supplemental oxygen has a positive impact on one’s health-related quality of life. Not only does it improve sleep and lift your mood, it also increases mental alertness and stamina. Boost Oxygen is safe for all ages, and also supports altitude acclimation and migraines. Imagine how much your body could benefit from Boost Oxygen?

Boost Oxygen comes in natural and three aromatherapy fragrances – pink grapefruit, peppermint and menthol. They are all-natural, completely safe for inhalation and water soluble. Aromatherapy is the art and science of using naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit - doesn’t that sound refreshing??
Boost Oxygen is proudly made in the USA! Each scent is available in Pocket Size ($7.99), Medium ($9.99) and Large ($14.99). Pocket Size canisters contain over 2 liters of Aviator’s Breathing Oxygen. This equates to approximately 50 seconds of continuous oxygen flow. People report enjoying anywhere between 15-50 inhalations of varying length.  Medium canisters contain 5 liters, which is up to 100 one-second inhalations. Large canisters contain 10 liters, which equates to over 200 seconds of continuous oxygen flow, or over 200 one-second inhalations.

The 411:
I have been taking Boost Oxygen with me when I go out walking with my girl. We walk 2-3 miles and she has been taking my hand to help me walk up the hills. I am not ashamed to say she needs to drag me up them. I just run out of air. I have a deviated septum and enlarged tonsils. With one working nostril and my small airway getting enough air has not always been easy.  After 6 surgeries I can tell you that the worst part beside recovery was when they removed the oxygen tube from my nose in recovery. It wakes me and before I even open my eyes I feel angry that they took that sweet, cleansing oxygen from me so I can tell you I was really excited to try Boost Oxygen.
Yesterday my daughter decided not to come walking with me and as I rounded the first hill I thought, wait a minute...I have Boost with me. The smallest of the 3 sizes is perfect for holding in my hand so I took a measured dose which is only 1 second inhalation.  Did I feel suddenly stronger and able to walk up the hill YES. Was it because I got a boost from the oxygen? I do not know or is it because my daughter wasn't with me and I knew I had to do it on my own. I am uncertain. I can tell you this. I felt better and reassured that I had oxygen should the need arise.

I can tell you this though. Last week I had a terrible headache and just two doses 5 minutes apart made my headache go away. I had read that it would work and I am happy to say it did!

Can it help with the Coronavirus? I am not sure? But just having it has made me feel better and given me peace of mind in an odd way.

When I run out of these cans I will be purchasing again! I am planning a Disney trip when things are back to normal and I will need to have these with me and just the fact that it helps my headache is so worth it. I hate taking medication.

Check them out and see if this is something that would work for you.  Instagram, @boostoxygen and on Facebook, @BoostOxygenUSA.
