What’s Up 2018?

What are your plans for 2018?
I hope to join the gym. A few years ago during a very stressful time in my life two friends got me a membership. It was a generous gift and I used it often. When the year ran out I simply couldn’t afford the extra monthly charge and decided to let it terminate. This year I cannot wait to join. It would have happened already but it is one of those 24 hour places so there is never anyone there. Supposedly someone is there every night frrom 5-8 but I pass through town before 3 and never head that way. This week I will hopefully get there, weather permitting and re-start my membership. If not this week next but at 51 I know moving is important to my body and if I don’t do it now, my chance of getting it going are slim. I love going to the gym, putting my headphones on and zoning out.

A friend is opening up a step class in February that I hope to do once a week and a Yoga place is opening in town hopefully this month that depending on the price I hope to jump in twice a week. Before kids I took a yoga class every week that I loved.

Obviously my plans are to get physical, be more active and keep my body moving.
