At the library last week, I borrowed The Pioneer Woman Cooks cookbook. Everything you love about her website, all rolled into a book with glorious step by step photos of her recipes. This is the way everyone should write a cookbook.
I loved reading it and the beautiful colorful photos she takes are stunning. The recipes seem so easy, I decided to test one out. I love red meat and while I can't justify buying a really good rib eye this week, I went with a chuck roast.
