We have been taking the kids around the
block at sunset. It is beautiful out and the air is crisp. My son is
allowed to take his scooter (a big step for me and for him) and my
daughter takes her babies. It takes us about 25 minutes to go around the
block which would be about 4 if I was alone but it is so much fun.
They point out everything and my son is getting better on the scooter.
He has never ridden in the street and the first night he wiped out two
times. Thank God for helmets.
What special memories! That is a beautiful time of night to take a walk. I understand about you being nervous about your son on his scooter - I'm nervous about mine too.
