Public Service Announcements from My In-Box

A new children’s animated Web series, “Secret Millionaire’s Club,” starring Warren Buffett premiered last night at SMCKids.com

Created in partnership by A2 Entertainment and AOL, the program teaches children financial literacy through a series of 26 fun-filled webisodes.

Who knows, we may raise a whole generation of rich, wise kids.

What a great idea. Financial literacy need to start at a young age. I love the whole concept.

You can join the Secret Millionaire Club and learn how to invest wisely.

It's easy to start up. You sign up on the SMC site and start your portfolio with $2,000 Buffett Bucks.
  1. Sign in and pick which Secret Millionaires Club Member you want to represent you.
  2. Check out the different companies available to buy. Remember a good investor researches a company before deciding to buy it. You can do this by clicking 'Learn More.'
  3. Select the three companies you want and click 'Buy.'
I believe this is a great way for kids to learn the smart way to save, invest and learn about the stock market in a fun, creative way.

Last week I wrote two Avatar posts. One was my review  and the other was about the movie coming out and the Earth Day Initiative.

Here are some photos from the Earth Day Initiative that happened last Thursday in LA.

What an awesome way to tie the movie into something that helps the environment.
