Firm Believer - Thanks Energydots, I Love My Sleep Matt

Guys are you aware of all the EMF (Electromagnetic Fields) around us these days. Our wireless world with mobile phones, laptops, computers, gaming equipment, wi-Fi etc all emit low level radiation. Scientific proof says that long term use contributes to things like cancers, alzheimers, ADHD, chronic fatigue syndrome and multiple sclerosis and more but also headaches, tiredness, insomnia, inability to concentrate, skin rashes, unexplained pins and needles, depression and anxiety. This is scary and some people, including children, find the constant level of EMF’s challenging and have what is termed ‘electro-stress'. Thank God I found Energydots.

 

 

I was sent a SleepMAT from Energydots and love it. Maybe it works or maybe it is because I believe it works but I have been sleeping more solidly through the night where in the past I would wake 3-4 times before my normal wake up of 4:30 A.M. which meant most morning I was exhausted. 

The Sleep Mat comes with a cotton mat with a pretty design and an Energydot. You place it under your pillow or mattress for a better night sleep. I put it under my pillow.  Supposedly the DOT holds and radiates a soothing natural energy.  This energy will help you move from alpha to theta and finally the delta rhythms of deep sleep and I LOVE IT!

It definitely has made a difference and I want to get one for my husband. Thankfully Father's Day is around the corner too!
