Last year I reviewed Konsyl Psyllium Fiber and Balance. It was easy to take and with a little shaker type cup and lid all systems were go! BUT...now there is Konsyl Senna Prompt and can I tell you this for me...is so much better.
I didn't mind having to mix the products but taking them to go was never easy. THIS..is perfect. I take one pill a day just to keep things moving and if you remember my personal medical issues from way back keeping my digestive track in order is a must for my health and well being because momma cannot go back to the hospital.
