Book Review - Morning Sunshine by Robin Meade

I received a copy of Robin Meade's Morning Sunshine from Hachette Book Group and was really impressed.

Robin Mead the host of HLN's Morning Express with Robin Meade has a way of writing that makes you feel as if you are reading a letter from your dearest friend. She is the friend who gives advice with wit and tact that can awaken your passion for living your life the best way possible.

Full Description

Robin Meade is the poster child for confidence and self-assurance. But the anchor of Morning Express with Robin Meade wasn't always that way. In fact, there was a period in her career when she was plagued with anxiety and panic attacks. In MORNING SUNSHINE, she tells how she overcame her fear of public speaking to go on and achieve her dream of becoming a news anchor.

Robin Meade offers her own tried-and-true four-step approach to building confidence. Her trademark warm, personal style translates from the screen to the page in this book, which will give readers even more insight into the young woman who came out of nowhere to become one of the most popular news anchors on television today.
What I think: Robin's down to earth lessons on life is something everyone should follow. I love her advice on building your confidence and feel that young women should buy Robin's book and really study it. This is a great self esteem builder for all. Robin writes from the heart and it is obvious that she had a wonderful support system growing up. This is also a great read for someone who is plagued by anxiety attacks. Great tips!
