Get Touch'd - Review & Giveaway

Ahhhh....after two weeks in the hospital, you can only imagine how much this little old body needs some pampering.

When I got home on Monday evening, I glanced at all the unopened packages waiting for review. Too tired I walked by the mound to the deck, for some fresh air. Tuesday, Clary came over after picking Goddess up from school and asked if there was anything she could do for me. We looked at the packages and she started gathering them to sort. One of them was Touch'd!

Touch'd bath and body was founded Rachel Ferrucci, when she couldn't find products to meet all the needs of her family. One product specifically, the organic sugar scrub, was created when her daughter had eczema and the doctors were prescribing medicated creams that seemed to be drying out her skin. She wanted to give her daughter relief without slopping medicated creams all over her delicate body. She researched and read every book on natural oils and how they can benefit our skin. She was successful in concocting the winning formulas in her home bathtub by making a product that was 100% organic and alleviated her eczema.

Other signature items in the Touch’d women’s product line include Bath Butter, Moisture Myst, and the Foaming Salt Soak, which is derived from the Dead Sea. The men’s line (inspired by her husband) includes the scents Outlaw and Captain.

Along with creating Touch'd her my family, She also wanted to meet the needs of discriminating women everywhere.

Touch’d products can be purchased on the Touch’d website (www.touchd.net) and in select boutiques, salons, and day spas throughout Connecticut.

What I Can Tell You:

I received a Sugar Scrub that smells like exactly what you would imagine drinking a Pina Colada on the beach would smell like. The texture, smell, and look are very luxurious! The feel on your skin is exquisite. You feel totally pampered, completely relaxed and the scent transports you to a far away spa where you can escape the challenge of life if only for a little while.

My daughter thinks it smells so good she wants to eat it. Although, I wouldn't recommend that I know what she means. After the hospital I really needed to start focus on my skin again. I have used the sugar scrub on my elbows, knees and heels. After the first use you feel the difference. I honestly, could not stop touching my newly exfoliated skin.

Sugar Scrubs exfoliate the top layer of unwanted dead skin cells and open pores, allowing skin to breathe. They stimulate your skin, improve circulation and add much-needed moisture and vitamins, leaving your skin feeling smooth and silky as if you just left the spa.
