How To Revamp Your Master Bathroom

These days, we are spending a lot more time at home. It may not be the center or focal point in your house or apartment, but the master bathroom should, at the very least, be a place of ease, comfort, and style. Below are four tips for revamping your master bathroom.

Organize Everything.

Master bathrooms usually contain a plethora of miscellaneous items, from cleaning supplies to loose hair ties and mini bottles of shampoo. Organizing all of these things in drawers or under the sink will make it easier to find everything when you need it. Plastic bins under the sink will keep things from falling over; jewelry drawer organizers will keep your rings and bracelets from cluttering the counter. You can also set up acrylic boxes to keep your make up organized and easily visible.

Update Your Fixtures.

Updated bathroom fixtures will make the room appear more luxurious. A special touch in your master bathroom can be the addition of brass or brushed nickel faucets or knobs. You can make your master bathroom more relaxing by installing a jetted bathtub or a steam shower. Be careful, the more additions you add, the more you will want to spend extra time in the bathroom.

Add Personal Touches.

It may seem silly to decorate a room that guests probably won't see, but adding personal touches in your master bathroom will make it a more welcome place for you and your significant other. You could put silk flowers in vases, display shells from your beach vacation in ceramic soap dishes, or simply show off your personal perfume collection.

Keep Things Fresh.

Keep scented candles, air fresheners, or potpourri handy in your master bathroom to keep it smelling lovely and not like a typical bathroom.

Enjoy your revamped master bathroom by giving it a makeover with your personal style and preferences.
