Celebrate Mother's Day with Beauty and the Beast! CD #Giveaway @disneymusic

I am so excited to be able to host this giveaway for Walt Disney Records!

My kids have been Moana obsessed for the past month so I was so happy to get a new CD to play in the truck! They haven't seen the movie yet but LOVE the CD and I am thrilled that I get a break from Moana. I unlike them need variety. The Beauty and the Beast soundtrack contains all the songs and score from the motion picture starring Emma Watson.

The songs were written by Oscar Winning composer Alan Menken with Howard Ashmen as well as three new songs for this remake written by Menken and Tim Rice.

The CD opens with a narration of the beginning of how the Prince become a beast set to a classical score. There are 19 songs on the CD including a song Evermore sung by Dan Stevens (the beast), Days In The Sun sung by Emma Watson (Belle), the beast and the enchanted castle staff and How Does A Moment Last Forever sung by Celine Dion who sung the original Beauty and the Beast with Peabo Bryson.  They have updated the classic Beauty and the Beast which is sung by John Legend and Ariana Grande.  While I am not a fan of it compared to the first version. I understand the update with "current" top 10 singers. The last song on the CD is again Evermore but sung by one of my favorite male singers Josh Groban.

There are great sing along songs for a family fun event no matter how long your ride is. We are singing at the top of our lungs every day and hope to see the movie very soon.

You can get The Beauty and the Beast soundtrack on sale for $7.99 starting May 12th through May18th.
