Getting a good night sleep comes easier for some of us. I am one of those few. I have many friends however who stay up all night writing on their Facebook status that they once again cannot sleep. We all know how important sleep is so why do some have problems getting and staying asleep? It could be stress related, the wrong room temperature but sometimes it is your mattress or pillow.
Many of us cannot run out and get a new mattress but investing in a pillow. Pillows truly affect the way you sleep and if your pillow is not right forget it, you may as well get up.
If you have the perfect pillow your spine and neck will be aligned. If this does not happen you will feel stress, tension and pain in your neck, shoulder and back. It can also give you headaches and numbness which can hinder a good nights sleep and ultimately give you a pretty crappy next day.
My husband has been using Snuggle-Pedic Pillow for over a week and loves it. He says that he is getting some of the best sleep he has gotten in months even more snoring (SMH, as if!) isn't keeping him up.

It is made of shredded memory foam. In the past he has had a memory foam pillow but it was always too hard.
