Yesterday I made Pernil. I have been craving it since last August when a friend had her daughter's graduation party.
I grabbed the pernil recipe from Kitchen Gidget. It was marinated for over 18 hours as I prepped it yesterday morning and my son had 2 helpings so it is a win/win for me.
