The 411: 

My daughter loved me reading this out loud. The book is about a little girl who is quite demanding. Kind of like my own daughter. Kids need to be taught how using good manners gets them what they want. 

In this book a little girl wants wants want everything. from kites to food and even basketballs but when she makes demands a man reminds her that her manners are appalling and asks her to ask differently and she will get what she wants. 

I love the layout of the book. The colorful graphics with sketched world man and girl.  The word bubbles show the girl making very bold demands. With the man's word bubble informing her of her rudeness. After the man tells her to use her manners there is a circle with the girl stating the request with her manners. 

The graphics and man and girl are very appealing and artistic. We loved it. It will definitely get a child's attention
