Two times a year I empty out the medicine checking for expired medications and making sure we have the basics. In this house the basics are Tylenol, Benedryl, Nyquil, Motrin, Alka Seltzer, BenGay and Pedia Care Gentle Vapors, Pedia Care Plus Flu, Pedia Care Cough and Runny Nose!
