The Simple Women's Daybook - February 1, 2010

FOR TODAY... February 1, 2010

Outside my window...Cold, Crisp and Sunny, just how I like it.

I am thinking...I hate my husband has to leave again, I love when we are all under the same roof.

I am thankful for...my openness, friendliness and good outlook. I have come a long way.

I am wearing...jeans, a navy blue sweater and ankle boots

I am remembering...how much fun my sister and I used to have when we spent time together.

I am going... to get the kids homework done and then by 7:00 p.m be sitting
on the couch ready to read.

I am currently reading..Spirited by Rebecca Rosen. She will be on Nightline tonight. Check it out with me if you have a chance.

I am hoping... to hear good news before tomorrow. My girlfriend is in labor right now!!

On my mind... Dalia and her labor pains.

Noticing that...Lately I have been reading a lot of spiritual books

Pondering these words... I love you!

From the kitchen... hot dogs and salad. Easy dinner.

Around the house... kids are quiet. Sup with that?

One of my favorite things~ My daughter's awesome progress report from her teachers.
Woot! Mommy is so proud!
From my picture journal...here is the girl in all her glory. She loves the outdoors! It was 28 degrees and she wanted to go out so bad. She took her umbrella "just in case" it rained. The other
chair was for her imaginary friend of the day, whomever it was.  She was talking to them
when I snapped the photo.

~ Praying for Dalia and the baby - for good health and happiness.
~ It's always scary when the kids are too quiet, better check that out.
~ Way to go, Goddess, you ROCK!!
~ I love that photo of your little girl, her nose looks cold though. Her Princess umbrella is adorable.
Enjoy the rest of the week.
