Muscle Ache? Roll It Out

My husband is a workout maven. He goes to the gym an average of 5 days a week and usually needs a massage every few days.

I should have been a masseuse because I love giving massages but sometimes my aging hands well...OK my aging thumb is a problem so I was willing to try anything and was pretty excited about reviewing a Muscle Roller Stick.

The Muscle Roller Stick is used for Muscle Massage in Sports, Injury and Rehabilitation. It's great for deep tissue muscle as long as you apply a lot of pressure while rolling. It is great for increasing flexibility, loosening tight muscles and increasing blood flow to use the pain of muscle soreness.

If you can roll out dough, you can roll out some muscle pain.

The stick has handles on both ends with these texture like balls around it that move independently of each other and the stick.  When I use it on my husband he likes me to roll with all my might. When I use it on my daughter or son they like it just rolled without any pressure. So far no one has used it on me. Wahhh...

I have used it on my calves and thighs and really enjoy it. Can't wait to have someone use it on my back though..hint..hint.

The stick is also light weight and easy to stick in your gym bag or suitcase so you can bring it wherever you may need help with a muscle ache.
