We got this for my husband's work out area. He has been using a blanket but really needed something that was slip free and provided some cushion.

The set comes with 16 squares measuring 12 x 12 and 10 mm thick. They also have removable borders so you can create whatever sized area you need. 

They are water resistance and easy to wipe up if necessary.
