Even though summer is coming to an end, it doesn't mean it's
an excuse to lose your summer figure. Keep up with
your workouts with YouTube's top fitness channels! Lionsgate's BeFiT offers
new workouts every weekday from top trainers, such as Denise Austin and
Jillian Michaels, so it's easy to find a workout routine that works for
you!
Tone
It Up!, Blogilates and Sarah Fit feature
workout videos that can be done anywhere, from your living room to the office,
so there's no excuse to stay in shape
What I LOVE about these fitness channels is that you can subscribe and whenever they put a new video up, you will know about it or if you are the type who likes to remain consistent and learn a routine you can just keep doing the same over again. At least once a day, I do a workout from BeFit. They even have my first favorite workout guru Kathy Smith. As a young adult, I had all her VHS workout tapes.
Of the above mentioned Blogilates and Sarah Fit have become my favorite go to channels. I love the combination of food and exercise videos.
Blogilates is great because her ideas for meals are really easy and look delicious. I haven't tried any yet but can't wait. She also covers things that I haven't seen covered before like, how to work out on your period (yup there is a video titled that) and what workouts to do to make your breasts bigger.
Sarah Fit is fun because she combines all these things but also talks about things like her grocery haul, what foods she brings to the beach, and more. But it is her workout videos that makes me happy. She talks about why she likes the exercise and what it will do for you but in a girlfriend kind of way. She is talking to you, not at you.
So...get fit, there is really no reason not to. You will certainly find a personality perfect for you.
Oh Maria you are making me feel soooo guilty!! I am a workout dropout! :-( Am I lazy? No. Do I hate, despise, loathe working out by myself is all. Perhaps one of these 2 sites will have what I need to get motivated! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this. I should be working out via YouTube because I'm online more than I care to admit and losing a few pounds would be awesome :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great one to watch although these days with back issues, I tend to have a tougher time. I think I'd benefit more from the recipes for meals. Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteGreat idea! I'd love to do this while at work, I've really been meaning to start working out. There really are no excuses!
ReplyDeletethanks for this tip as i am currently trying to loose some weight!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the tip. I recently joined the local gym and while I do workout daily now, I feel horrible sitting at my desk all day doing nothing productive to stay fit. I'll have to check out Lionsgate BeFit!
ReplyDeleteI know I need to start a routine for working out also. I have become somewhat lazy too.
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly what I need since I spend more time at work and need to move more! Thank you!
