There is a clip on the back and the belt is adjustable to fit any size comfortably.
Honestly, this belt was so comfortable it is almost like you are not wearing anything. I forgot I even had it on.
It is reflective for running, hiking, walking, biking, jogging or dog walking but I don't only see this as a a belt for those who live an active life style. This is great for anyone who needs to be hands free when out and about. You can fit a phone, license, money and there is even a key ring clip so you are totally hands free. The less the better, just take what you need.
There are two pockets in the belt that allow you to fill what what you need. I thought that things would slip out as I walked but everything stayed secure in fact they didn't move at all.
