Time For Some Wine!!!!

As we get ready to celebrate the holiday with our family and friends lets remember that some folks are missing their loved ones as they protect our Country. Many of us are contributing through warrior programs this year. My town has adopted military personal this holiday to make sure that they are getting the Christmas they deserve while away. Whether it is Toys For Tots, Trees for Troops, Operation Christmas Spirit, etc., there are numerous ways to support our troops and their families.

Here is one more!

When you purchase Leer wine a portion of the proceeds from each bottle sold benefits the military, warriors support foundation's homes4woundedheroes & homes4goldstars programs, which provide mortgage free homes to combat wounded heroes and spouses of fallen heroes of Iraq and Afghanistan.

Heroic Red shows aromas of boysenberry with hints of leather, cedar and cigar tobacco. Flavors are of raspberry jam, chocolate and black pepper, with a faint echo of Blake tea on the long finish. This blend contains 58% Syrah, 29% Merlot and 13% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Valiant White shows aromas of peach and orange blossoms, the circus flavors are intense, peaches and tropical fruits dominate. It’s a soft and luscious mouthful with a hint of effervescence for a beautiful liveliness and a balance to the sweetness. While crisp and sweet this Moscato is a perfect pairing with spicy seafood or chicken and is amazing while paired with bleu cheese and desserts that include pears or peaches.

Moscato is my favorite wine so that is the one I will be opening on Christmas Eve saving the red for dinner with family on Christmas Day.

So far, 3 homes have been award and if you head over to the Heroicred website you can see how many bottles have sold and how many more need to be sold for another home.

Cofféy is the official spokesperson for Heroic Red/Valiant White and his song Mr. Red White and Blue has garnered over 4 million views on YouTube. Check it out!

If you are considering wine this season, make it Leer and support our men, woman and their children.
