Edible Delights - Etsy Shop Feature

Looks good right? I love chocolate.
I found this site on Etsy called Edible Delights!
You and I love buying homemade and supporting other woman and men but here is another reason to support and shop Edible Delights.
Beside the tasty treats, Meghan has another passion. She fosters abused horses.

Tell us a little bit about yourself?
My name is Meghan, and I have been baking since I was about 6 or 7. I have a huge passion for baking, and creating new recipes, and have developed quite the knack for it. I have also been riding and working with horses since I was 5, and have started fostering abused horses from the local shelter recently. Both of these kind of melted together, and out came Edible Delights!

How long has your Etsy shop been online or why did you start your Etsy shop? My shop has been open for almost a month, and the reason behind me opening it, is because there are horses being sent to slaughter, here in the U.S. This is a very sad, and VERY common problem that most people do not realize is happening. The goal behind my store, is to save all $ made through it, and rescue horses from the auction houses where they are sold to the "kill buyers". By over bidding these kill buyers, I will rescue that horse from a slow and painful death. This is NOT cheap on any level, for just the mere cost of the horse is alot, and care even more. So with the money from this shop, it will lessen the burden, and save horses lives.

Please describe your shop to us. This is a shop, where i sell my delicious home baked goods, that are family tested and guaranteed to be 100% delicious. All items are fairly priced, with the buyer in mind. I sell a variety of goods anywhere from peanut brittle and toffee, to biscotti and muffins. I am still working on building my shop, and will have many more delicious items out soon.

Where do you get your inspiration? My inspiration came from my aunt, who introduced me to baking, and taught me the basics when i was younger, I really look up to her, and hope to be as good as her one day.

What do you love most about what you do? What I love most about what I do is making people happy. I firmly believe that nothing will make a person happier than a delicious, home baked treat.

Now that I am hungry, I am signing off to get some milk and cookies!

Remember Edible Delights when you look for your sweet treats this holiday season.
