Crafting Is A Great Family Activity

Crafter Kristin Gambacinni is a mom of 8 and shares many of her families homemade crafts, recipes and fun activities in Crafty Family Ideas.

I love crafting and follow many sites, share a lot of craft ideas to my Instagram and Pinterest page but never get to them. Having this book in my hands makes me feel less anxious about the crafts I want to make. All my ideas sit in my head but when I head to the store I never remember what I need for certain crafts and even forget until I get home. I am going to keep this book in my car because the next time I head to Michaels, Dollar Tree, Walmart or wherever I will know exactly what I need.

My goal is to try at least 5 of the 55 ideas Kristin included between the pages.

She had separated the ideas by Seasons. Spring Break, Kicking Off A Creative Summer, Fall-ing Back Into Routine and Crushing In the Winter Doldrums.

Each idea has a supply list, full color picture, and step by step instructions including photos. There are even Tips to help you along.

I adore the Embellished Umbrella.

I’m dying to make the tater tot casserole. Yummm

Might start using the popsicle stick numbers with my class

Cannot wait to make the Book Pouch. I have wanted to make one forever and thought it would be too difficult

And think the Cozy Coaster might be the perfect craft for my class to make for their parents for Christmas this year!

There are so many wonderful, easy, fun ideas that I cannot wait to share the book with my fellow teachers.
