The Heart Mind Box is a purposeful gift box, from the Dalai Lama Center for Peach and Education and contacts a selection of ethically sourced products and experiences designed to nurture your Heart-Mind well-being; curated with love.
I was in love with everything about this box. The color red, the beautiful "doors" that opened to products under the red tissue paper that were selected to help the receiver of the box engage in taking care of their mind, soul and body.
In the box there was:
- A book - The Wisdom of Compassion: Stories of Remarkable Encounters and Timeless Insights written by the Dalai Lama and Victor Chan.
- Rosewood Mala Bracelets made in Nepal for this very box presented inside a Lokta paper gift box.
- Loose Tea from the Assam Tea Gardens of India

- Dot Rock Painting set
- Laser Engraved Bookmark with a Dalai Lama quote
In every box there is something that will help you connect to others, something that will encourage you to take care of yourself, and a connection to the science behind well-being... this was probably the black sticks that are a mystery to me.
Definitely a great box for someone or yourself!
