Featured Tip:  Change up a favorite soup recipe. Arrange oven-safe soup bowls on a jelly-roll pan and place thick slices of crusty bread in the bottom of each bowl. Ladle warm soup over bread to fill the bowl. Add a slice of cheese over soup and broil until cheese is bubbly.

This is probably one of my favorite cookbooks this year. We are totally a soup family and there are so many great recipes in here. 

If you have ever read one of my cookbook reviews, I will mention again...I am inspired by colored pictures. This book is full of full page pictures of not only soup but stews, bread, muffins, sandwiches and many comfort foods. The pictures will make you hungry and for that I am sorry. Or am I! Wink!
