Healthy Fun Back To School Snack Ideas #MerchantSmile + #GIVEAWAY

I recently received a package of silicone party Lego molds and was excited to research recipes to make for Goddess for her school lunch box.

Included in this Lego are 3 separate molds: 1XGreen 10 Brick ; 1X Blue 8 Mini Figures ; 1X Pink Mini & Medium Figures

Each is individually wrapped inside a larger wrap

After I took them each out of their wrapping

These are some fun molds and great for boys or girls.

I know many people use these for jello and while we love jello I wanted to see what else we could do with them.

Goddess like most kids loves snacks and I would love to experiment with things I know she will love and surprise her in her lunch box.  If I can't be with her all day, I want her to know how much I love her.

Some of the things I plan on making include:

Fun ice cubes

Add lemon water or ice tea or even milk into these molds for a fun additional to your drink.

Jello

1 cup of boiling water
1 packet of Knox Gelatine
1 box of Jell-O

Chocolates

Melt whatever chocolate you want, poor and let it sit until set.

Cheese Melts

Melt mozzarella cheese, pure and let sit in fridge

You can do so much with these molds that go from refrigerator, to oven, to even your dishwasher. Heck you can even make crayons or soap with these.

I am dying to try this recipe that I found on Hungry Happenings for Mini Cheesecake

butter, to coat the inside of your molds
16 ounces cream cheese, softened (do not use low fat or no fat cream cheese)
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

These Lego bricks and figures come out easy and perfect made from  100% silicone, BPA free, FDA food grade.

Here are my new creamer ice cubes for my ice coffee

AND our milk legos too

These Chai Tea Ice Cubes are so fun too!

The possibilities are endless. I can't wait to see what we come up with next.
