My Newest Obsession - Giveaway

Thanks to Mom Select, I received a box of my latest obsession!

I am a big water drinker and never liked flavored waters however, since trying Fruit2O Essentials I am a changed woman!

Fruit2O Essentials is a simple, refreshing beverage choice that promotes a healthy lifestyle because it combines several nutrients found in two servings of fruit, with the hydrating benefits of zero calorie water.

Let me give you all the important or non important stuff (depending on how you look at it) first:

From the creators of Fruit2O®, the original fruit flavored water, comes a new fortified water unlike any other – Fruit2O® Essentials™ - providing nutrients found in two servings of fruit with zero calories in each bottle. "Studies have shown that 80 percent of Americans do not drink the recommended eight glasses of water a day, and as much as 77 percent of Americans do not eat the recommended servings of fruit a day,” said Tammy and Elysee Lakatos (The Nutrition Twins) certified trainers and nutritionists. “More than any other consumer group, women have expressed a particular desire to be healthy and consume the recommended daily intake of fruits and water. But with an increasingly hectic lifestyle, many find it difficult to incorporate these important elements of nutrition into their daily diet."

Fruit2O Essentials was created with that in mind. Every bottle provides nutrients found in two servings of fruit, including important vitamins and minerals and one gram of fiber. Each of the six delicious flavors combines a popular fruit with a super fruit delivering uniquely beneficial nutrients.

Unlike many other fortified waters in the category, Fruit2O Essentials has a subtle fruit flavor, zero sugar, zero calories and only one gram of carbohydrates. It is a great tasting way to help women achieve the appropriate level of hydration to keep them looking and feeling healthy. And, most importantly, the nutrients and benefits are as clear and easy to understand as the benefits of drinking water and eating fruit, making it simple for women to incorporate this drink into their life and diet.

"The creation of the Fruit2O Essentials line was really in response to a lack of better, more nutritious fortified water options out there for consumers," said Dave Zellen, brand manager for Fruit2O."Many fortified waters and juices claim to provide important health benefits, such as immunity-enhancing nutrients and enriched vitamins. The problem is that many of them don’t provide significant levels of vitamins and minerals, and, worse yet, are loaded with extra sugar and calories. With actual benefits of fruit nutrients and zero calories, Fruit2O Essentials is a deliciously easy way for women to better achieve their recommended daily intake of both water and fruit nutrients.”"

Fruit2O Essentials was designed with women, and their needs, in mind. Women who participated in the development of the product often referred to the many colored fortified drinks on the market and demonstrated a strong preference for water to look like water. Beyond the clear nature of the beverage, women also helped define the flavor profile which many of them described as light, subtle and refreshing. They also appreciated the narrow opening and curved bottle shape, which makes the water easy to sip and comfortable to hold.

There are six Fruit2O Essentials flavors offered, including: Cranberry Raspberry, Strawberry Kiwi, Peach Mango, Citrus, Blueberry Pomegranate, and Cherry Acai. Each flavor is fortified with several nutrients in the amounts found in two servings of its fruits.

Fruit2O Essentials is available in many U.S. markets. Single 18-oz bottles will be sold in grocery stores for a recommended retail price of $1.29-$1.49, and in 15 and 20-packs at Club stores for a recommended retail price of $9.99 to $12.89. For more information on Fruit2O® Essentials, including a list of specific retail locations, visit WWW.FRUIT2O.COM.

Yeah, yeah, interesting right!?

Well, Here's What I Can Tell You:

I LOVED THIS REVIEW AND ALL BOTTLES WERE GONE BEFORE I COULD EVEN SAY, TRY THIS.  There was absolutely NO aftertaste (one of the reasons I don't do a lot of drinks other than water)! There is no SUGAR!  Each and every flavor for me was awesome but I really loved the Citrus and the Cherry Acai. My husband popped open Strawberry Kiwi in the doorway of the bedroom and said, "Let me see what this is all about." He drank and said, "wow, I didn't expect that!"  I dropped some off at my daughter's school for the teachers and the first thing one of them said was, "Wow, no aftertaste. Could we really ask for anything more? No calories! No Sugar! No Aftertaste! And, tastes great, is refreshing AND 2 servings of fruit!!!!
