NASHVILLE, Tenn. (November 30, 2021) – Rich & Rowe, an up-and-coming duo, debuted “Santa’s Gotta Dirty Job,” live on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends,” launching the song, written by John Rich, performed by Mike Rowe featuring The Oak Ridge Boys on all digital music providers. The single can also be heard on radio across the United States.  Please check out the VIDEO HEREand the SINGLE HERE. Proceeds from sales of the single and video will benefit the mikeroweWorksFoundation and Folds of Honor.

Mike Rowe proudly states, “A good Christmas song is one that sounds like it’s been around for years.  Even when you hear it for the first time.  I don’t want to overstate it but ‘Santa’s Gotta Dirty Job’ just might be the next ‘Silent Night’.”

John Rich adds, “A couple of weeks ago, under circumstances too weird to explain, Mike Rowe and I decided to record a song for Christmas. America's not having a great time right now, and we thought a song like this might help put a smile on our collective face. It's called ‘Santa's Gotta Dirty Job’, and I'll warn you right now - the chorus is an earworm that's gonna be tough to shake. It's a fun little ditty that you can download for $1.29, and I hope you will, because 100% of the net proceeds are divided equally between @mikeroweworks and #foldsofhonor , two great charities that are making a difference in the lives of skilled tradespeople and families of veterans. The music video is just plain fun. Rock on, Santa!”

Please keep an eye out for these two as they will be making the rounds in support of the single.

The mikeroweWORKS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity on a mission to help close the skills gap by challenging the stigmas and stereotypes that discourage people from pursuing the millions of available jobs. MRWF strives to redefine the definition of a good education and a good job, because a four-year degree is not the best path for the most people.  Each year, their Work Ethic Scholarship Program helps individuals who display work ethic, personal responsibility, delayed gratification, and a positive attitude get trained for stilled jobs that are in demand.  The Foundation has so far facilitated over 1,400 scholarships and dispersed over five million dollars.

About Folds of Honor
It began with Lieutenant Colonel Dan Rooney’s flight home from his second tour of duty in Iraq. An F-16 fighter pilot in the Oklahoma Air National Guard, he became painfully aware of the realities families face when a loved one in uniform is fallen or disabled. As his flight landed, the pilot announced they carried the remains of Corporal Brock Bucklin on board. Lt. Colonel Rooney watched as Corporal Bucklin’s twin brother walked somberly alongside the flag-covered casket to meet his family on the tarmac. Among them was the deceased Corporal’s young son, Jacob. Since that night, Lt Col Rooney has committed his life – through the Folds of Honor – to provide scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members. Jacob Bucklin became the first Folds of Honor scholarship recipient in 2007.
