This set comes with a fish eye, macro and wide lens plus a holder that holds them, drawstring bag and carrying case.  The fish eye is alone and the macro and wide lens are together to use the wide eye you need the macro to hold it into the holder but for the macro simply remove the wide or you won't get the amazing capabilities the macro has.  At 15X it is the perfect macro.

All lenses are easy to screw into the holder and then just clip it right to your phone. I love the versatility of this set.
