A large concern of any mother-to-be is comfort throughout
her pregnancy. Whether it is the bed she sleeps in or the shoes she walks in,
feeling as comfy as possible is a vital part of her pregnancy. To help with
that comfort is VIM & VIGR’s compression
socks, which profoundly help reduce leg fatigue, swelling, and spider
varicose-veins. Blood volume and pressure increases throughout pregnancy, which
can be quite uncomfortable. However, the material and structure of VIM & VIGR’s
line of high-quality compression socks alleviate these problems through
graduated compression that begins at the ankle for increased circulation
throughout the leg.
What makes VIM & VIGR even more appealing for a soon to
be mom are the various materials and styles they come in. All four of the
fabrics, including wool, cotton, nylon and moisture-wick nylon, are breathable
and provide a light-cushioned sole for all day support. Styles range from basic
to fun, colorful patterns, including polka dots and argyle.

Compression socks are good for many people. They are great for runners, people who stand on their feet a lot, people who get leg swelling during the day, etc.
1. Compression on your feet and calves has proven to limit swelling on those who spend all day on their feet.
2. Compression socks move blood flow through your legs which can lessen the chance of a blood clot.
3. Can delay muscle soreness after a run or workout.
4. Possible relief or reduces the onset of varicose veins which is something I have. I get major bulging at my knee area. I felt really good wearing these.
Compression socks are tight for a reason. They can't compress unless they are hugging your leg. Getting them on can be a challenge.
The best way to put on compression socks or stockings:
Put moisturizer on your legs and hands. This was how I got my pantyhose on when I used to wear them.
Once you past your ankle it should be smooth sailing.
I have seen many compression type socks but none as fashionable as VIM&VIGR. Look how cute!
