We always have a box of Borax in our house; whether it is to add to our laundry, for cleaning purposes, kid friendly experiments or one of the many other useful reasons we never let our box run out.
We love that we don't have to spend hundreds of dollars a year on laundry detergent anymore. It has been years since we stopped paying over $10.00 for detergent. We usually grab whatever is on sale under $3.50 and add Borax to it for a laundry detergent boost.
Borax isn't just a laundry boost either :
We have even started making our own laundry detergent with Borax and two other ingredients (tutorial coming) that should save me even more each year.
Borax also has become our spot stain go to product, a little water and Borax on the stain and you are good to go. It even got rid of an old stain that was on my ottoman for over 3 years.
Borax has a Facebook giveaway going on right now. Get over there and hit "Like" to enter. That's it!
So if you are like me and Rosemary (I love this commercial and can totally relate) get yourself some Borax. There is a reason it has been around for so long!

Disclosure: Borax provided a free sample for me to review, all opinions are my own.

I would use it to make...my kitchen sink sparkle! And my laundry softer (hard water is a witch, you know).
