What I Can Tell You:
I love reading weight management books. This has been the worst year of my life for exercise. While I never worked out every day, I tried to weekly do sit ups, push ups and leg lifts. This year! Blah! Nothing. It has been years since I have missed weeks without doing anything.

Knowing that Tracy trains the likes of Shakira, Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna means she is good enough for me so I was excited to open the book.

Tracy's book has easy to follow exercises and meal plans. I was excited to read the recipes included. Each recipe is easy to make and begins with a 25 day menu plan.

Day 1: Breakfast is Strawberry, mint salad. Lunch is Tomato Minestrone Soup, Snack is Choco Chestnut pudding and Dinner is poached cod and asparagus.

I would be very hungry but it is only 25 days, maybe I could do it.

After that you do a Method Cleanse which includes things like Blueberry applesauce, tomato gazpacho and sweet potato corn pudding and 4 other foods. You can eat these whenever and as often as you want. Again, not sure if this will keep me full but I guess it won't kill me.

I believe if it works for you, go for it. I love the exercises in Tracy's book and also the DVD. Yup, there is a DVD included with the book.

The DVD has 3 toning sets, also aerobic, dancing and cardio sets of 10 minutes each.
