These are great to have on hand whenever you need a full meal and don't have the time to create one. I always have meals in a bag on hand in the freezer.
Unfortunately because I am still on a low-residue, bland, restrictive diet due to my diverticulities issue, I made this for the my nieces when they visited. They loved it and I loved that making it was quick and easy, taking no time away from our visit where I would have to be in the kitchen.
